Marketing Specialist (Php 67,000 – Php 78,400++ depending on experience)
Our client is seeking a driven, creative, and technically proficient Marketing Specialist to lead all marketing efforts. Your core objective will be to generate high-quality leads through both paid and organic marketing, improve our online presence, and support the development of automation and funnel strategies. This is a full-time, performance-focused role where you will directly contribute to business growth.
Social Media Management
• Set up and manage Perfect Booking’s presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, carousels, reels).
• Monitor social metrics and community engagement.
Content Creation
• Create simple graphics using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Write short-form marketing copy aligned with our brand tone.
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms and formats.
Lead Generation & Paid Ads
• Assist in planning and creating funnels and landing pages.
• Coordinate ad copy and creatives, then hand off to Ollie’s external paid ads expert.
• Utilize competitor ad libraries to identify winning strategies and adapt them.
Email Marketing
• Segment and manage business and leisure contact lists.
• Create email campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences.
• Promote upsell opportunities, seasonal offers, and new services.
CRM & Funnel Support
• Use Hubspot to track interactions, tag leads, and support sales workflows.
• Maintain and optimize funnels through tools like HighLevel (GHL) with technical guidance from the team.
• Track funnel performance and suggest improvements.
Website & Landing Pages
• Manage and update Squarespace landing pages.
• Ensure CRM integrations and lead capture forms are working correctly.
• Improve website SEO
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Propose optimizations based on campaign data and lead acquisition costs.
• Canva / Adobe / Illustrator
• GoHighLevel (GHL) / HubSpot
• Trello for task tracking
• Squarespace or similar website builders
• Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar email tools
• Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
• 2+ years of experience in marketing (with lead gen focus).
• Strong design sense and experience creating ad creatives.
• Knows how to “figure it out”—resourceful and solution-oriented.
• Familiar with running social media and email campaigns.
• Comfortable analyzing data and suggesting improvements.
• Excellent written English and ability to write persuasive copy.
• Scaling a consistent, engaging online presence
• Supporting upsells, automations, and new revenue channels
