A U.S.-based company operating a diverse portfolio in real estate and service-based businesses, including residential and commercial rentals, self-storage, hotel accommodations, and a cleaning company. The business is bringing its marketing operations in-house to improve lead generation, streamline campaign performance, and maintain a consistent brand message across all assets.
We are seeking a highly technical, results-driven marketing virtual assistant to build and manage digital campaigns that directly impact lead generation across real estate, hospitality, and services. This role focuses on execution: campaign tracking, data infrastructure, performance monitoring, and CRM integration. The ideal candidate is a tactical marketer with a strong understanding of digital tools and systems — not a graphic designer, but someone who knows how to make campaigns work and scale.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Build, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads for vacant properties, hotel bookings, self-storage units, and cleaning services.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing funnels, including landing pages and retargeting sequences, aligned with specific property or service objectives.
• Set up campaign calendars and assist in outlining promotional strategies for new listings, special offers, or seasonal demand cycles.
• Monitor ad spend to ensure budget efficiency and adjust bids or placements to improve ROI.
Tracking & Data Infrastructure
• Set up and maintain Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and UTM parameters to ensure proper tracking of all leads and user actions.
• Ensure all marketing channels are accurately attributed through CRM integrations and back-end data structure.
• Run and validate tests for lead source tracking, CRM tagging, and campaign-specific KPIs.
CRM Integration & Automation
• Integrate GoHighLevel (preferred) or other CRMs with marketing campaigns to capture leads, assign tags, and trigger follow-up sequences.
• Create and manage automation workflows for lead nurturing, follow-up emails, booking reminders, and pipeline movement.
• Identify and fix any gaps in the CRM funnel to ensure no leads are lost or misrouted.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
• Track weekly and monthly performance metrics including CPL, CTR, conversion rates, lead quality, and attribution paths.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing on copy, creative, CTAs, and audiences to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Generate performance reports with actionable insights and optimization plans, tailored to each business line.
Creative Collaboration & Direction
• Work alongside a creative VA to direct the copywriting, visual content, and asset preparation required for campaigns.
• Draft messaging for ads, funnels, and CTAs, aligned with campaign goals and audience triggers.
• Suggest content hooks, urgency angles, and value propositions to improve click-through and conversion.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on technical execution
• Advanced understanding of Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking
• Proficient in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred)
• Experience with A/B testing, retargeting, and conversion optimization
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret campaign performance and make informed adjustments
• Bonus: Experience marketing in real estate, property management, or service-based businesses
• $1,400–$1,600/month retainer (based on experience)
• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Flexible hours with 1 required daily team meeting (typically EST mornings)
