We are a fast-moving, US-based organization running constant projects across funnels, web builds, and digital marketing. We are looking for a highly reliable, full-time Virtual Assistant who is deeply experienced in Go HighLevel (GHL) and/or backend funnel and web development — someone who shows up every day, communicates consistently, and is fully committed to one team.
This is a remote, full-time position open to candidates in the Philippines or Latin America. The ideal candidate aligns with US working hours and is available daily for team check-ins and project collaboration.
• GHL Funnel & Pipeline Building — Build and optimize full sales funnels inside GoHighLevel, including landing pages, opt-in forms, order bumps, upsells, and thank-you pages. Ensure all funnel steps are properly connected, tested, and converting before launch.
• Automation & Workflow Setup — Build and maintain GHL automations, including email/SMS sequences, trigger-based workflows, pipeline stage movements, and appointment reminders. Troubleshoot broken automations and keep systems running reliably at all times.
• CRM & Pipeline Management — Set up and manage GHL pipelines, custom fields, tags, and contact records. Maintain clean, organized CRM data and ensure leads are moving through the correct pipeline stages with no gaps.
• Landing Page & Web Development — Design and build high-converting landing pages and web assets using GHL's page builder or other backend tools. Apply strong design principles while maintaining fast load times and full mobile responsiveness.
• Daily Team Collaboration & Project Support — Attend daily team check-ins, respond to messages promptly within US business hours, and take full ownership of assigned tasks from brief to completion. Proactively communicate progress, flag blockers early, and support an active team running multiple simultaneous projects.
Required:
• Proven, hands-on experience with Go HighLevel (GHL) — funnel building, automations, pipelines, and CRM management.
• Candidates without GHL experience must have extensive backend funnel and web development experience and be highly trainable.
• Strong backend funnel and web development skills
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal
• 100% full-time availability — no other active client commitments or side projects
• Available during US business hours, or with significant timezone overlap
• Highly responsive — able to attend daily team meetings or check-ins and reply same day
• Reliable and consistent with a stable, predictable work schedule
• Located in the Philippines or Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, El Salvador, or similar)
• Prior experience working with US-based clients or remote teams
• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or coaching/real estate niches
• Familiarity with tools like Fathom, Slack, or similar team communication platforms
• Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
• Schedule: US business hours (or strong overlap)

• Compensation: $800–$1,600 USD/month (based on experience)
