Business Overview:

The client operates a multi-faceted real estate business with a diverse range of ventures across the real estate sector. She manages a portfolio of 16 properties spanning three states, including short-term, medium-term, and long-term rentals.

In addition to the client’s investment, the client is also undertaking a major development project and occasionally provides coaching and speaks at various real estate events.

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to assist a dynamic real estate investor in managing operations across multiple properties and business lines, including real estate investing, tenant management, and light social media management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in administrative tools, and a passion for helping businesses streamline their operations. This is not just a task-based role; we are looking for a thought partner, systems designer, and operator with the opportunity to grow into greater autonomy and leadership over time.

Key Responsibilities

Email Management: Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails across multiple accounts (both business and personal).

Tenant Management: Handle communication with tenants for short-, medium-, and long-term rentals, including tenant screening and guest communication.

Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and creating content for real estate and vacation rental businesses.

SOP Development: Collaborate with the business owner to design, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for business operations. Manage and optimize existing systems and processes on an ongoing basis. Proactively identify inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities for improvement before they arise.

Calendar and Appointment Management: Maintain and schedule appointments, manage a busy calendar, and coordinate meetings.

Guest Communication: Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests on direct booking platforms and Airbnb.

Project Coordination: Assist with ongoing projects, including the development of a residential assisted living home, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate or property management.

• Experience managing tenant and guest communications via Airbnb or other rental platforms.

• Reliable internet connection with a backup plan.

• Available to work U.S. hours (Central Standard Time), including flexibility for some evening or weekend tasks.

Salary: (Php 72,000 - Php 89,000 or $1300 - $1600 based on experience)

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility for U.S. time zones. Client is based in Central Standard Time.
