Chief of Staff/Executive Assistant
with Real Estate Investment Background
The client runs a dynamic portfolio of real estate investments and entrepreneurial projects. His business includes long-term and short-term rental properties, mixed-use commercial developments, a property management company, and a wellness resort development in Shenandoah National Park. The role will support ongoing projects in real estate development, property management, and investor education initiatives.
The Chief of Staff or Executive Assistant will act as a key support figure to streamline operations, manage projects, and assist with lead generation, administrative functions, and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate or similar entrepreneurial environments, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Proven experience in real estate, property management, or a similar entrepreneurial role.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with task management tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency.
• Familiarity with lead generation techniques and social media outreach.
• Experience with financial oversight, including budgeting and invoice processing, is preferred.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like G Suite, Microsoft Office, and relevant real estate or management software.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple business arms.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Manage CRM systems and ensure efficient lead tracking and communication.
• Support real estate projects, including property developments and management tasks.
• Track project milestones and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.
• Assist with creating and implementing workflows for new initiatives.
• Handle correspondence, file management, and document preparation.
• Process invoices, monitor budgets, and support financial planning.
• Manage email accounts and assist with client and partner communication.
• Research and recommend strategies to increase lead generation and deal flow.
• Assist in developing educational programs like the "Immersed Investor Academy."
• Lead outreach efforts on social media to identify potential partnerships.
• Act as the point of contact for stakeholders.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential business partners.
