Our clients are real estate professionals and educators based in Sarasota, FL. Antonio is a real estate investor and hard money lender with a Spanish-language investment education platform ("Flip Latino"), while Maria is a licensed Realtor. Together, they work with Spanish-speaking investors and clients across multiple states and are expanding their team to support increasing demand.
We are seeking a highly skilled, bilingual Virtual Assistant (VA) with real estate transaction experience. The VA will support Antonio and Maria in daily administrative tasks, primarily focusing on running property comparables (comps), coordinating property showings, preparing offers, and managing transaction documentation. This role is best suited for someone who has real estate admin or transaction coordination experience and can manage tasks independently with high attention to detail.
Run Real Estate Comparables (Comps) Daily
• Analyze 10–15 properties per day submitted by investors.
• Use MLS to evaluate sold, active, pending, and expired listings.
• Prepare summaries of recommended ARV (After Repair Value) and deal potential.
Coordinate Property Showings via MLS
• Schedule property showings requested by investors and buyers.
• Confirm showing appointments and ensure clients have access instructions.
• Track and update showing calendars for Antonio, Maria, and their team.
Prepare and Submit Offers
• Draft purchase offers using provided templates and instructions.
• Submit offers via email or online portals (MLS-integrated systems like Dotloop, etc.).
• Confirm offer delivery and track agent respon
Manage Transactions from Offer to Close
• Oversee transaction steps after a deal goes under contract.
• Communicate with title companies, buyers, agents, and lenders.
• Track earnest money deposits, inspection timelines, and documentation compliance.
• Upload documents to the brokerage portal as required.
Handle Communications and Deal Coordination
• Respond to buyer or agent texts/emails about offer terms and appointment details.
• Send reminders and follow-ups for key deadlines.
• Relay messages and updates to Antonio and Maria while they are on the road.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, preferably in administrative or transaction coordination roles
• Experience working with MLS platforms (preferably multi-state)
• Familiarity with comparables (comps) research
• Strong communication skills (email, call, text)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Strong understanding of real estate documents, offer preparation, and basic contract flow
• Tech-savvy (G-Suite, CRMs, calendar tools)
Position Type: Open to Part-Time (with potential to go Full-Time)
Salary Range:
• Part-Time: $650–$800/month
• Full-Time: $1,300–$1,600/month
Schedule: Flexible — Ideal availability includes Monday to Friday 9-5 Pm, sometimes Saturday 9-12 with core hours aligned to U.S. Central Time (especially during showings)
